THIS YEAR, WITH DELAY

So it is, this year, due to the heavy rains of May, the cork harvest could not begin at the beginning of June, as it was planned.

Fortunately, we could start the work in the field yesterday, on 20 June, and, faithful to our commitment to the total control of the raw material, today we celebrate the income of the first lorry with cork.

This cork of excepcional quality comes from a near country estate (70 km. apart from the factory). Hopefully the rest of the lorries are at least as the first one. This year we plan to increase our purchases by 80% over last year.
