CONFERENCE AT THE MUSEUM OF WINE

On May 18, in the Wine Museum placed in Valdepeñas, our Technical Director, Mr.Juan Amador, gave a lecture on “Cork Industry, its History and geographic location. Reasons to use cork stoppers instead of other alternatives”.
The whole process was analyzed, from the cork purchasing in the field, to the final product, the cork stopper.
The last (but no less important) point was “Cork taste in wine”, and the explanation about the different chemical substances that create it.
