Our harvest of 2009 has finished on a sunny and summer day. We have put the cork in our courtyard on our factory and we are now piling up the sheets so when the rainy season begins all the cork is placed and can be correctly cured between 16 and 24 months.
We are enclosing some photos that show the passing of time on the 2008 harvest, still in the courtyard, and the 2009 harvest that has just arrived.
We are pleased to inform you that we have had an excellent harvest and this cork will allow us to offer a total safety and guarantee to our cork stoppers in 2011 which will cap great wines on different parts of the world.
We’ll shortly finish processing the 2007 harvest (we have about 6 millions of cork stoppers from this harvest) and we’ll begin to boil the 2008 harvest on the first months of 2010.
