It is well known that Mallorca is a good place to rest and to be on holiday. It is probably not so well known that there are excellent wineries on this island, with the latest equipment and, as a final result, wonderful wines that have no reason to envy the best of other wine regions.
Possibly because of this, there are many mums and dads that visit during holiday these wonderful facilities accompanied by their little children.
This week, during a professional visit to Vins Miquel Oliver, we could see that they are kind enough to decorate the tanks shown in photo 1, and in front of them, the children are given an explanation corresponding to their age, of how wine is produced from the grapes.
At the end of the talk, they also are explained that the wine is something for grown-ups, and that they will not be allowed to drink wine until they exceed the scale shown in photo 2.
There is no doubt that Pilar Oliver, besides a good enologist and businesswoman, is a mother, and bears the youngest family members in mind.
