WE START THE YEAR JUST AS WE ENDED IT

WITH GOOD NEWS:

At the beginning of December, we announced that we had successfully passed the BRC Certification audit with top marks: AA+.

Now, at the end of January, we have received news from the Institut Català del Suro that the pyrazine analyses of the cork stacks from the four estates where we purchased last year are correct.

With this news and the TCA analyses that we already have for the eight months following the cork harvest – which are statistically the best of the last 25 years – we can now calculate when we will be able to process the cork from the 2024 harvest.
